NRC will develop and integrated basin-wide programme to address sanitation within the river basin and to coordinate implementation of the integrated basin-wide sanitation programme

1. To eradicate industrial and institutional discharge into rivers by engaging stakeholders in developing a strategy to eradicate industrial and institutional waste discharge to the rivers
2. Develop a framework for enforcement of eradication of industrial and institutional waste discharge to rivers.
3. By monitoring implementation of the framework
