Pollution from sewage, industrial waste and solid waste.

River clean-up initiatives, riparian zone restoration, pollution monitoring, and community awareness programs, meant to address different aspects of river reclamation and promote sustainable management practices.

You can avoid dumping waste in the rivers and also participate in clean-up events, volunteering for community-based projects, supporting advocacy campaigns, or sharing information about river conservation.

NRC collaborates with various stakeholders, including environmental protection agencies, County Government, non-governmental organizations and community groups, to leverage resources, share expertise and coordinate conservation initiatives.

Individuals and communities play a crucial role in the river restoration efforts through adoption of sustainable conservation and rehabilitation practices, participating in clean-up activities, advocating for policy changes, and raising awareness about the importance of river regeneration.
